Beginning TODAY, all residents will receive an email with a link to complete the PULSE satisfaction survey.

We want to know what you, our customers, perceive as our strengths and areas where we can improve.

Each resident will receive a unique survey link that is sent to the email address we have on file for them in our leasing software.

NO PURCHASE/PAYMENT NECESSARY. Open to ACC leaseholders. 18+ at sweepstakes start. 1 entry/person. Starts 11/6/23 and ends 11/17/23 at 11:59PM PST. Resident Appreciation Week is HERE!

We know you have a choice of where to live, and we want you to know that we appreciate you selecting Granville as your home away from home this year!

Meal plan REDUCTION deadline approaching!

We are now accepting requests to REDUCE (or increase) your meal plan for the Spring semester. This is done through the Resident Portal. For more detailed instructions, click here. The deadline to submit a change to your Spring meal plan (REDUCE or increase) is November 15. After that date, no meal plan changes will be processed until January 16 when we begin accepting INCREASE requests only.

You can ask the checkstand staff member how many meals you have left when you swipe into the Agora!

Health and Safety Inspections

Health & Safety Inspections will occur between Nov. 6th - Nov. 17th. Carolina Housing Staff will be entering each occupied room to perform a visual search of your room. This search is to ensure each room is within the Community Living Standards and there is no health and safety risks.

Are you leaving in December? Let us know!

If you will not be enrolled at UNC for the Spring, the Leasing Office needs to know as soon as possible (and no later than November 20). We are fielding inquiries from individuals participating in the Carolina Global Launch program who wish to live here in the Spring and need to know how many spaces we have available.

Please send an email to tell us more about your cancellation reasons. We will follow up with you to finalize the lease termination paperwork, and to provide you with instructions for checking out of your room.

Become an RA for 2024/25!

Are you interested in making a positive impact on your fellow students and fostering a sense of community in your residence hall? If so, becoming a Resident Advisor (RA) with Carolina Housing may be the perfect opportunity for you.

Carolina Housing is excited to announce its upcoming Resident Advisor Info Sessions, designed to provide you with all the information you need to prepare for this important role. During these info sessions (held both in person and virtually), you will learn about the expectations and responsibilities of an RA, as well as the numerous benefits that come with the position.

Spring Payment Due December 1

All residents owe a payment on December 1. The Resident Portal will not display an amount due until December 1 when the charges hit the software. Make sure to consult your records to ensure you know what you owe and how to pay. You can see your amounts due on your lease agreement, located in the Resident Portal. You can see how to make a payment here.

If you have requested a meal plan change, please consult your email from Susan Walker, our Bookkeeper, at swalker@americancampus.com to obtain the amount due.

The Business Office accepts checks, cashier’s checks, and money order payments. Cash is not accepted. The resident’s full name must be on the memo line of the payment.

eCheck and credit/debit card payments can be made on our website, granvilletowers.com. Access the Resident Portal by clicking on the three dots at the top of the page and selecting it from the dropdown menu, and log in.
From there, you can click on the “Make a payment” icon which takes you to American Campus Communities’ third party payment processing system, which is called Zego, powered by PayLease. The fees associated with making online payments are Zego's processing fees and are not collected or charged by Granville Towers/ACC. Zego accepts all major credit card providers.
