Nulton Jewelers
1759 Penfield Road/Penfield NY 14526
Nulton Jewelers is a full service jewelry store located in Penfield, NY on 441 near the four corners. They specialize in repair, rework of existing jewelry, bridal, and custom pieces. They also feature original jewelry designed and made in-house by Mark Nulton and have full-service watch repair available.

Mark Nulton founded Nulton Jewelers in 2013. He was first introduced to jewelry-making and design at Penfield High School, taking a jewelry making class as an elective. Mark enjoyed it so much that he decided to go to school specifically for jewelry design. At Maine College of Art he learned practical jewelry design skills, how to cast and manufacture jewelry, and honed his technical abilities.

After his schooling, Mark worked as a bench jeweler at Jared The Galleria of Jewelry for five years. During this time, he independently took a number of jewelry classes to gain even more technical ability and become distinguished in all types of jewelry repair, stone setting, and design work. Mark also earned his certification from GIA in Diamond Essentials and Colored Stone Essentials.

How often are you frustrated with your message being miscommunicated? How many times did you explain the situation to someone and still got the wrong result?

The purpose of "Speaking your Customer's Language" is to increase the ability of recognizing signals in personality traits and to quickly adapt to others. One of the most important skills to obtain in the business environment is to become more versatile and flexible with various personality styles. Understanding specific personality traits through observable behaviors will unmistakably help reduce interpersonal tension and improve communications with clients, peers, supervisors and subordinates.

Through active audience participation, Cindi Crowley of Sales360Plus will illustrate methods of integrating personality traits resulting in effective email communications, improved meeting outcomes and increasing employee relationships.
