At October’s meeting, the Committee joined me in a moment of silence for those who were killed in traffic crashes or succumbed to injuries later. The Bicycle Advisory Committee offers condolences to the survivors of those lost in crashes this year. Houstonians have an opportunity to continue the momentum toward a safe, equitable multi-modal transportation system for all.
Voters should inform themselves about candidates in this year’s elections and choose those who will champion the economic, physical, and environmental safety of our communities and support the further development of transportation options.
