We have great news to share with you as you consider your 2022 gift to the Civic Leadership Fund.

An anonymous donor who, like you, loves this community, will match your gift, doubling its size. All gifts received from October 1 through December 31 will be matched dollar for dollar for up to $100,000.

Developed over five decades, our knowledge, relationships, and ever-growing endowment form a powerful resource with which to meet the moment—from the unpredictable, such as the pandemic, to forward-looking initiatives that yield benefits for years to come.

Highlights from 2022:

$12.35 million

awarded to 308 nonprofits, with $1.5 million more to be granted before year’s end  

$745,000

in scholarships awarded to 401 college bound students from 140 donors' funds, together forming the region’s largest source of scholarships

$1.6 million

in federal funds distributed as grants to expand or improve food security programs, with a total of more than $2.2 million to be granted by June 2023
