Happy Halloween - no tricks, just treats in this November update. Huge congratulations to Jazzwoche Hannover for organizing the first Jazz Girls Day at the festival, what a blast for the 15 girls and us mentors! And the Sheroes Europe edition concert ended with two Encores - let's do it again next year!

The positive impact of the Jazz Girls Initiatives on confidence and continued participation in jazz is evident at this point - look for an initial publication soon. We're gearing up for Jazz Girls Days 2024. Signups are open for January 22 in Noblesville, IN and March 9 in Vienna, just click on the dates to register. In order to remove any barriers, we offer these events free to participants - however, we need support to subsidize the costs. Arts With a Purpose is our Indiana non-profit partner for sponsorships, more info here or at the Facebook fundraiser until October 31. We're excited to bring the Both Sides of Joni project to the London Jazz Festival November 18 (info) and Vienna Jazz Floor Festival November 24 (ticket info) - join us for Show #31 and 32. Alexis Cole will also present a public workshop at the JAM Music Lab University in Vienna - registration info here.
