Hello!
Outdoor Ministry feels overtly and deeply connected to the seasons. We welcome the quiet clarity of November. This is a time to reflect on what is truly important to us and to dream of the future. A time to give thanks.
We look back on a 2021 season that felt like a rebirth. UCCI is so thankful for every guest that visited Cedar Valley, Daycholah Center, and Moon Beach this year. We are dreaming of hosting larger groups, improving our facilities, growing key programs, and being more involved in the communities surrounding our sites. We are dreaming of more people having the magical experience that is Outdoor Ministry.
November also marks the beginning of the holiday season. A season that places special emphasis on being thankful and giving. We reflect on the uncertainty of where we were a year ago–not knowing if we could reopen amidst a pandemic. The love, prayers, and financial support you provided kept us going - literally and spiritually. We are forever thankful.
There are several really amazing events taking place this season at Cedar Valley, Daycholah Center, and Moon Beach. You can also create your own getaway by contacting us. We invite you to come—reflect and dream with us!
Peace,
Glenn Svetnicka
Executive Director
