These funds will help launch “Invest Manistee,” a new prototype program created by Venture North to offer low-cost loans for County businesses.
- This is the second installment of a $250,000 investment by the Community Foundation in Venture North.

Big things happening in Manistee County education!
- The Manistee Area Leadership Program cohort began their day by learning about archetypes and the role they play in how we collaborate with one other.
- The cohort toured Onekama School to see the exciting vision for its future.
- Leadership alumni Brooke McIssac, Devin Wegner, and Jill Witkowski, welcomed the cohort at the Manistee Intermediate School District (ISD).
- The cohort got a sneak peek at the new Manistee Area Public Schools (elementary school) construction site, set to open next year!

The Sleighbell Committee is looking for volunteers to assist with opportunities taking place in Downtown Manistee on December 6th and 7th. These include helping with lineup for the parade, assisting at Santa's House, walking the street in Victorian attire with brochures, and crowd control during the parade.
