Dear GHCA Family:
We are thrilled to share the magnificent success that the 7th Annual Gala "Dream Big" has represented for the GHCA, a milestone to remember and a reality made possible with the support and dedication of the Sponsors, Board of Directors, the staff and volunteers.
2018 marks my 3rd year as the Chairman of the Board and with great pride and mixed emotions, it is also the end of my tenure.  Reflecting on what was accomplished during the past 3 years, we have increased brand awareness, achieve record attendance to our business events,  increase significantly our membership, renewed the Board and staff, improving safety consciousness through educational programs, become a voice with government officials, solidify our position in the community and build alliances that support the Hispanic construction community.
Moving to the future we have set forth a Vision for 2025
·        Zero casualties in GA
·        $200 Million in transactions between members and sponsors of the GHCA
·     A minimum of 300 minority Hispanic business registered companies with the City of Atlanta and other         municipalities.
·        Through meaningful National organizations a voice in Washington.
·        Increase speed of growth to our members through a mentoring program
I am humble and proud of what we have accomplished, and the footprint left behind.  Looking ahead, the renewed board and staff including a cohesive vision, I can proudly say the association has the capacity to do exceptionally well in the foreseeable future.  I will remain in the background supporting the new leadership through a smooth transition with a spirit of collaboration, a deep commitment to the organization's values.

Warmest Regards,

Wilson Tomala
Chairman of the Board GHCA
