November 2017
November is a time to appreciate everything that brings positive light into our lives. With the Thanksgiving holiday fast approaching, there is much to prepare for and look forward to - and I'm not just talking about a delicious home-cooked dinner. You must also prepare your heart to humbly reflect on all the gifts that saturate your life. Surround yourself with loved ones and give thanks to all the "good" in your life - family, friends, health, and opportunities. Savor not only the flavors, but also the relationships that impact your life every day.

Have a happy and bountiful Thanksgiving!
