UIC: Free Your Mind

The University of Illinois Chicago’s Free Your Mind program, an initiative set to launch for Fall 2025, offers free tuition and fees for eligible Illinois residents through its new UIC Aspire Grant. This grant is designed for students whose household income is $75,000 or less, making higher education more accessible and reducing financial barriers for many prospective students.
