Broker Brian Wallace had the pleasure of working with the Natural Science Bar team to locate their flagship space.

Chef Ashley Christen announced in an email to subscribers recently that Poole'side Pies in downtown Raleigh will close after service on Saturday, December 23rd.

She noted that while the decision was a tough one it was "made carefully in response to our community's ever-evolving needs."

She has plans to open a new concept in the same location.

Congratulations to Patty Friedman for being named Certified Property Manager of the Year by the Greater Raleigh-Durham Chapter of IREM. The award was presented at IREM's annual luncheon earlier in the month.

Lamont Farmer, Director of Property Management, stated "Patty’s perseverance in getting her CPM designation in record time, being nominated and then voted as CPM of the Year and also being installed as Secretary for 2024 is a testament to her passion for, and her dedication to, the property management industry and the Raleigh-Durham IREM Chapter. We are incredibly proud of her achievements!"

Once again we chose to sponsor the Crabtree Rotary's Holiday Express at Pullen Park. This event transforms the park into a winter wonderland of holiday happenings.
