Voters overwhelmingly back ‘Right to Repair’ ballot question, reject ranked-choice voting

Massachusetts voters overwhelmingly approved a ballot question Tuesday expanding the state’s “Right to Repair” law, a decision with potentially far-reaching ramifications in the automotive industry about who has access to the highly proprietary data being transmitted by cars.
What you need to know about PPP loan forgiveness

Since March, millions of small businesses have obtained forgivable loans through a key federal program to help meet payroll and other basic expenses. It’s been a life-saver for many of them during the economic meltdown caused by the pandemic.
ASA Urges Shops to Contact Congress

The Automotive Service Association is urging shops to contact Congress and voice their support for another COVID-19 relief package. According to the press release, if passed, the package would provide aid for individuals and businesses that are still feeling the effects of the pandemic.
