Polk Fit, Fresh and Friendly is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting health and fitness in Polk County.

Starting back in January they will have monthly meetings on the 4th Thursday of the month at the Polk County Library from 12 - 1 in the Community Room.

For over 80 years, St. Luke's has been serving the foothills community and upper South Carolina. With the first patient coming in 1929, they started with just 11 employees which over the years has grown to a medical staff of over 300 and major advancements in technology.

BECOME A CHAMBER AMBASSADOR
On Thursday November 15, 2018 at 4 pm there will be an organizational meeting at the Chamber for the Ambassador Committee, a group of people who work to promote and support the Chamber. 
 
The role of an Ambassador is flexible and can change with the needs of the Chamber. For example, in addition to contacting new and existing members, it could include helping with the Business After Hours and other events.

SAVE THE DATE!

The Shuckin' and Shakin' event unfortunately had to be postponed but now we are excited to announce the new date and a fresh new spin on the event!

Get ready to have fun and experience all you can eat food and beverages. We are also adding a few things to the menu but we'll keep that a surprise for later. There will also be music all night to keep the good vibes going.

Tickets are $50 per person and it is a 21+ event.
