As the holiday season approaches, many of us look forward to sharing meals and creating memories with loved ones. But for some in our community, putting food on the table is a daily challenge—one that becomes even more difficult this time of year.


At Rangeley Health and Wellness, we believe no one should have to choose between paying bills and enjoying a holiday meal. That’s why we’re coming together to fight food insecurity by supporting local families in need. Whether it’s through food drives, volunteer efforts, or donations, every act of kindness helps ensure everyone can experience the comfort and joy of the season.


Join us in spreading hope—and a little holiday cheer—through the simple power of sharing a meal.

Help us share the spirit of Thanksgiving!


Rangeley Health and Wellness is collecting food donations for Thanksgiving meal kits for local families in need. Let’s come together to make sure every family has a reason to give thanks this season.


Non-perishable items can be dropped off at the Fitness Center front desk or inside the lower level entrance during open hours.

Perishable items will be accepted after November 22nd.


Meal kits will then be ready for pickup on Monday, November 24th after 9AM — just in time for Thanksgiving!

FREE CLASS OFFERING - All Levels Yoga with Kristina

Curious about yoga or want to get back to a regular practice?


Try our All Levels Yoga class taught following the Iyengar Method!

In each class we’ll focus on alignment and spend time in each pose to build strength, mobility, stability and awareness.

Props are also used to explore poses in new ways and for personalized support, making the practice accessible to all.
