Importance of Sustainable Development Goals
The UN set the Sustainable development goals in 2015 in hopes of achieving them by 2030. These goals contain everything from poverty eradication, reducing gender inequality, and protecting the planet. Developing Our World is working to help reach these goals with people like you to create a safe and better future for everyone.
First Goal: No Poverty
'No poverty' is the UN's first SDG set in 2015. Its main objective is to eliminate poverty and empower the poor and underprivileged people to withstand any harsh change in their surroundings or circumstances.

Second Goal: Zero Hunger
'Zero hunger' was the UN's second SDG under which the aim to completely eradicate hunger-related problems. The statistics show that these problems are on the rise, particularly due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Third Goal: Good Health and Well-Being
'Good health and well-being' is the UN's third sustainable development goal that aims to ensure quality standards of health and well-being of people worldwide. It is to be done by providing accessible and reliable healthcare services and facilities to maintain good health.
