The air is a little crisp and the northerners are arriving! Please welcome our Northern Residents and RV Guests.

Be sure to register all residents and animals here and be mindful of the construction area dangers and respectful of sites so only use the sidewalks, side of roads and common areas to walk. We have added some more picnic table areas for your use.

Note that there are cameras around and destruction of property is not tolerated. Pay attention to your letters and notices.

We had to cancel some of the activities this month for no one registered to participate. The coffee hour, poker, music class and Bingo are going well and thanks Jennifer for the adult party sponsoring! If you are interested in having an activity just let us know and we can schedule it!

The new homes are getting completed and sold! If you are interested there is a referral program for anyone that refers someone that buys this month.
