It’s the most wonderful time of the year, and we couldn’t be more thrilled to celebrate with all of you! As we prepare for our 8th Annual Holiday Gala, the excitement is building, the costumes are getting ready, and our dancers are learning their amazing performances. 🎄✨
From dazzling costumes to show-stopping routines, this season is all about sharing the joy of dance with our incredible community. We can’t wait to see you in the audience, cheering on your favorite dancers as they light up the stage! 🌟

Showtimes: 11:00 AM & 2:00 PM

Show day itinerary will be emailed out by November 15th, 2024.
This will include sign in/ out times for dancers.

Georgian Theatre

Tickets:
Tickets go on sale November 20th, 2024 and can be purchased online at ticketpro.ca.
A reminder email will be sent out the week of with a direct link to tickets.
Tickets are $25 per person.
If you purchase tickets for both shows, your second ticket is 50% off when using the code "gala50" at checkout.
Please note each show is different, please triple check what show your dancer is in before purchasing tickets.

We rely on our amazing parent volunteers to help ensure that the
show runs smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:
- Volunteers must be present for the entire show.
- Must have access to Facebook Messenger for communication with the event team throughout the show.
- Punctuality and reliability are key. Volunteers should arrive on time and be prepared to stay until the show is fully wrapped up.
- Positive, can-do attitude with a willingness to step in wherever help is needed, from assisting dancers backstage to helping with audience management.
- Attention to detail and the ability to stay calm under pressure, as the event can be fast-paced and require quick adjustments.
Preferred Attributes:
- Good communication skills and the ability to work well with others in a team environment.
- Comfortable with basic problem-solving, especially in high-energy situations.
- Patience and enthusiasm, as you'll be interacting with dancers, staff, and other parents throughout the show.
We appreciate your commitment to making the Holiday Gala a memorable experience for everyone involved!
Recreational dancers will participate in one show, ensuring that we can accommodate enough tickets for families to watch their dancer(s). If your dancer is enrolled in multiple classes, there is a chance they may perform in both shows. While we have made every effort to prevent this, it can sometimes occur. Organizing the show lineup requires considerable time and effort, and we greatly appreciate your understanding and support.
