Diesel Exhaust Exposure Webinar: Thursday, November 3

Workers and researchers are influencing change to reduce occupational Diesel Exhaust Exposure (DEE) exposures.

November is Lung Cancer Awareness Month

The International Agency for Research on Cancer (IARC) has concluded that Diesel Engine Exhaust (DEE) is a cause of lung cancer, while approximately 966,000 Canadians are currently exposed to diesel engine exhaust at work.

The next OCC-TOBER webinar will discuss the Diesel Particulate Project, an initiative by the United Steel Workers' to advocate for Safer Diesel Legislation in our Underground Mines.
