Community Engagement

Key Pen Parks at Evergreen Elementary Trunk or Treat

On October 27, we had the fun opportunity to participate in the Evergreen Elementary Trunk or Treat! Everyone looked so good in their costumes!

Everyone welcome (including kids)! Bring clothes for the weather and binoculars if you have them (extras available). Join Chris Rurik, the KP Nature Guide, each month for a bird walk around Gateway Park’s hidden beaver pond and back woods. Learn about incredible birds and hope for the thrill of finding a rarity. All skill levels welcome. Expect to walk 1-2 miles on uneven terrain.

Fun Activities!

Within the rows and columns are 9 “squares” (made up of 3 x 3 spaces). Each row, column and square (9 spaces each) needs to be filled out with the numbers 1-9, without repeating any numbers within the row, column or square. Email [email protected] for the answer!

Reminder Of Our Park Rules

It's important that all trail users feel safe and welcome on our Key Pen Parks' trails. Make sure you know the basics of trail etiquette before your adventure! Find out more at the button below.
