Thanksgiving

I am so grateful for this past year. It has been a year filled with growth and learning for me. I am appreciative of all that has been provided to me by the Ontario County Chamber, my mentor Soleil Hepner and my family. For all who have supported me and who will continue to as we finish this year and move into the next, with any changes that may come our way. This work continues to impact and change me in ways I never could have thought. I will always provide what I can to help people heal and be who they are. I look forward to providing more public and free opportunities as we move into the New Year so everyone can experience this work and we can all heal together no matter our race, socioeconomic status, and gender.

Grant for yoga for survivors

I am pleased to announce that Safe Harbors of the Finger Lakes has obtained a grant to be able to provide their clients and residents with yoga therapy both in private sessions and in a weekly group. This will allow their residents to heal and take control of their lives through their bodies. A new weekly group in the community will also be offered in the New Year.
