Dear Friends,
Your kindness toward our bleeding disorders family in developing countries continues to inspire us. During this season of gratitude, we are especially thankful for the meaningful impact of your support for Save One Life’s mission. Together, we bring hope and dignity to those who need it most.

Helping one child at a time may seem small, but its impact is profound. Your support not only meets urgent needs—it creates opportunity. Access to medication, education, and basic needs transforms lives and strengthens communities for generations.
On behalf of the entire Save One Life team, thank you for caring about our global community. We wish you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season.
With gratitude,
Cindy Komar
| | From Survival to Success: Siddharth's Story | | |
At Save One Life, we are honored to support individuals living with bleeding disorders and help them achieve their dreams. Siddharth, who lives in India with severe Hemophilia A, is a wonderful example of what is possible with opportunity and support from our global community.
After the tragic loss of his father, Siddharth’s family faced immense challenges. When he was in 10th grade, Siddharth became a Save One Life sponsorship recipient, which changed the course of his life. He received a micro-enterprise grant in 2020 to start his own business. With this support, Siddharth was able to continue his education, start his own grocery business, and eventually complete an MBA in HR and Marketing. Today, he works as an HR Assistant and has built a home for his family, milestones he attributes to the support and guidance he received from Save One Life.
Siddharth’s journey from adversity to success reflects our mission: not only to save lives, but to empower individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders to thrive.
"Save One Life has truly been a beacon of light in my life. Your kindness, compassion, and commitment have given me not only financial stability but also self-respect, confidence, and a sense of purpose. You have transformed my journey from survival to success."

Please consider sponsoring one of many children available for sponsorship, like Chandana from India
Chandana is a 17 year old girl with von Willebrand disease. She enjoys her studies and likes playing games and doing makeup in her free time. Chandana is thankful for the support, saying that it inspires her to do her best everyday.
| You can help this child and her family by giving them the gift of sponsorship. The funds will be used for basic necessities, medical treatment and transportation. | | | | |
Save One Life commits to sending sponsorship funds to children—
even after they lose a sponsor.
912 children sponsored through our Sponsorship Program
125 covered by the Save One Life Community Fund
| | Save One Like had a wonderful experience at Hope Conference 2025 this month. We extend our heartfelt congratulations to Hope Charities for hosting such a successful and transformative conference. Save One Life was given the opportunity to speak and spread our mission, which we deeply appreciate. Thank you to everyone who came to our session and to Hope Charities, for your time and effort in embracing us into your HOPE family! | | Aamina Iftikhar: An Agent for Change | Aamina Iftikhar became Save One Life’s first Ambassador, driven by her own family’s experience with hemophilia. While her son received timely care in the United States, she saw during a visit to Lahore that many children in Pakistan face severe complications due to scarce treatment. Learning that her own relatives had suffered or died young made the crisis even more personal. Aamina chose to act—raising her voice to help ensure children and families receive the care her son was fortunate to have. | | | November Happenings in Europe | | Save One Life’s European ambassadors are making a big impact—sharing success stories, screening the documentary Mountains We Carry, Mountains We Climb with German, Dutch, and French audiences, and exploring new initiatives. From an upcoming WFH Congress abstract on AI and hemophilia care in Italy to a Wheels for the World ride in the Netherlands, they’re raising awareness and building support across the continent. | | | World Health Organization Updates the Essential Medicines List | | In September 2025, the World Health Organization (WHO) made historic updates to its Essential Medicines List (EML) for adults and children, marking a major step forward for people with hemophilia and von Willebrand disease (VWD). The revisions align the list with modern treatment standards and prioritize safe, effective, and preventive therapies over outdated and risky ones. | | | Save One Life extends a heartfelt thank you to all of our 2025 corporate sponsors and participants for making Wheels for the World a tremendous success! Wheels for the World came to a close November 24th. Together, we raised over $150,000 to support our mission of transforming the lives of individuals and families affected by bleeding disorders in developing countries. We are proud to recognize cross-country rider Vaughn Ripley, who rode 756 miles from Bethel, ME to Harpers Ferry, WV, with generous support from Novo Nordisk. Thanks to all of our riders and donors, we are making a real difference and transforming lives across the globe. | | | | |
As we enter this season of reflection and thanksgiving, we are filled with gratitude for the incredible community that surrounds Save One Life. Each of you—our sponsors, donors, partners, and friends—has given not just support, but compassion, time, and belief in a brighter future for people living with bleeding disorders worldwide.
Gratitude connects us. Every act of kindness, every sponsorship, and every shared story brings hope to families who once felt forgotten and courage to children dreaming of a healthier tomorrow.
This Thanksgiving, we give thanks for you—for your generosity and the love that strengthens our global family. Together, we are not only saving lives; we are celebrating the humanity that unites us all.
