Add to each jar:
2 tbsp stone ground oats
2 tsp chia seed
1 tsp oat bran
1 chopped date
dash of cinnamon
3 tbsp canned ‘lite’ coconut milk
2 tbsp quinoa
Top off with plant milk of your choice.
Stir and refrigerate overnight.
Place the soaked oats into a bowl to heat in the microwave or suitable pot if heating on the stovetop. Add sliced bananas, a sprinkle of goji berries or a medley of fresh fruit, crushed walnuts and a drizzle of honey or, to make breakfast vegan, maple syrup.
