Cicladova Street Fest Brings Community Together
On October 12, Sacramento Area Bicycle Advocates (SABA) hosted Rancho Cordova’s first-ever Cicladova Street Festival. With support from the city’s Community Enhancement & Investment Fund, Coloma Road was closed for three blocks to make way for a celebration of walking, biking and rolling. Learn more

Atlas Disposal, headquartered in Rancho Cordova, was chosen in a competitive process as the city’s residential garbage collection, recycling and street sweeping services provider. Atlas Disposal will begin providing services to Rancho Cordova residents beginning January 1, 2025. Learn more

Countryside Neighborhood Street Rehabilitation
Phase One of this project is currently under construction and will include rehabilitation of roadways in the Countryside Neighborhood, east of Routier Road at Highway 50. In addition to resurfaced roadways, this project will include upgraded drainage infrastructure, ADA-compliant curb ramps and high-visibility markings on the roadway. The project is anticipated to be complete in Spring 2025. Learn more

Chase Drive and American River Parkway Connection
A multi-use path is being added to Chase Drive from Coloma Road to the American River Parkway. Improvements include a separated pathway with new lighting, ADA-compliant curb ramps, high-visibility crosswalks, trees, landscaping and more. Phase one of this project will be complete by December 2024, and construction on phase two is anticipated to begin in Summer 2025. Learn more
