A Critical Crossroads for the U.S. Light- and Heavy-Duty Aftermarket

The American automotive aftermarket, a coast-to-coast network of hundreds of thousands of small businesses, stands at a critical crossroads. For generations, this industry has provided vehicle owners with choice, affordability and convenience. Now, a technological revolution is underway that threatens to consolidate control into the hands of powerful automakers, creating a future where the right to repair your own vehicle becomes a relic of the past. This is a pivotal moment, and the outcome will be decided not just in the garage, but in the halls of Congress.

Drivers deserve better. American families deserve better.
