November 2021 Shoreline
MANAGER'S MESSAGE
Dear Highland Shores Residents,
Happy November! Read on for important community updates.

Annual Meeting:
The 2021 Highland Shores Owners Association’s Annual Meeting will be held Thursday, November 18 at 7:00 PM at the Community Center. Sign-in begins promptly at 6:30 PM. Please do not forget to send in your signed proxy vote. Even if you are going to attend, you can submit your proxy vote so that we can verify quorum and count votes prior to the Annual Meeting. It takes 20% of Highland Shores community membership to meet the quorum requirement. Every household that returns its proxy or attends the meeting will be entered in a drawing for a free pass on 2022 HOA dues!

New Tennis Court Reservation System - Starting December 1, 2021:
We are pleased to announce that our tennis court reservations will now be handled by ReserveMyCourt.com, beginning December 1, 2021. This service will allow you to check on court availability and make reservations from the internet, iPhone app, or Android app. All court reservations will be handled through this system, so please read the full announcement for instructions and more information. This announcement will also be included in the mail along with the 2021 Annual Meeting information.

New Resident Account Information:
As mentioned in the June newsletter, the Highland Shores community transitioned to Village Management Software (VMS). VMS offers a user-friendly homeowner portal that will allow you to access your account balances, transaction history, and directly update your contact information. As a part of that conversion, each homeowner has been assigned a new account number. You will receive your new account number and the new payment remittance address in your next billing statement in December 2021. You can learn about all your payment options on the CCMC website. Thank you so much for your patience during this transition.

Thanksgiving Holiday Office Hours:
The management office will close Wednesday, November 24 at 3:00 PM in observance of the Thanksgiving holiday. We will resume normal business hours on Monday, November 29.
Have a Happy Thanksgiving!

Sincerely,
Tammy Hatter, AMS, CMCA, PCAM
