This fall, Diana hosted the first 'essence of yoga' silent retreat at Lial's stunning renewal center in Whitehouse. Ohio. All were so amazed at the power of this retreat and are super excited to make this a part of their year going forward! The foods were wholesome and delicious vegan/gluten free, the grounds were stunning and so calming, the guided meditations and practices were restoring and relaxing, Diana assisted those that came in so many techniques for finding balance, and her private energy sessions were powerful for those that used them.

We could not wait to give you all the chance to reserve your spot for next year! We have reserved 2 weekends and people are starting to book already so please do not wait! Please call or stop in to the studio to reserve your room asap.

About the Course:
Sound/Vibrational Therapy is an incredible way to assist the health and well-being of anyone! Diana is now certified to offer Phase I for SomaEnergetics as a practitioner course and is excited to teach anyone interested in learning how to use these amazing frequencies! From the SomaEnergetics site:

The Energy Vitality Technique taught in the Phase 1 course is the basis for all the other techniques taught in subsequent courses. Only by activating the energy the client is not using, connecting them to 5th dimensional energy, and then safely distributing that energy throughout the energy centers can we then do additional work with the open system we just created.

Activating unused energy and reminding them of their connection to the universal source is one of the greatest gifts you can give someone. When we have extra energy beyond survival, then we can manifest, heal, attract wonderful co-creative partnerships and friendships. That is the genius of the Energy Vitality Technique - giving the gift of the ability to manifest your hearts desire!

As with all our workshops, this is a work in progress. Most disciplines are ever evolving as new information becomes available or new techniques are discovered. It is our desire to become a contributor to the new field of sound therapy and energy medicine that is fusing spirituality and science.

The Energy Vitality Technique offers the following:
  • Reconnect with your inner energy potential using the ancient Solfeggio frequencies to balance and impart harmony in your life.
  • Sound is a way to free blocked energy, thereby creating openings in which novel choices are awakened and new-found energy becomes available for personal transformation, health and healing.
  • These protocols may be used immediately after training for both personal and client-centered application.

Practice Meditation and Pranayama from Home! 

With the Holidays being so busy and hectic, and with a new program Diana is launching after the first of the year, this month she is offering a new way for anyone wanting to experience more with meditation and pranayama (breathing practices) to experience it with her from your own home! She will be offering 2 YEP sessions via Zoom, and will record them for anyone who participates. These will not be the typical 3 hours but instead will be more practical to the practices of meditation and pranayama. 

Sign up online as you would for YEP Group Workshops and you will be sent the Zoom link to log in for the session(s). Diana will be sending you the link afterward to be able to use for later use at no additional charge. She will be guiding the group in meditation and pranayama and you can be in the comfort of your own home and relax afterward. 

The content in each will be similar, but not exactly the same (different method of guiding and different pranayama) on each session, so sign up for one YEP group, or both!

Keeping it all Going Through the Holidays

Here we go… again! We got this! 

Each year I get asked how to manage the holidays and am asked for recipes and tips for eating.  I am more than willing to share all that I have and know, but one thing that is so important to remember is that managing our stress and continuing our workouts through the colder, darker months is just as important as choosing what we eat. In October, I did a workshop explaining how all of our systems are connected and how allowing our stressors to affect us so that we end up in fight-or-flight mode affects all including whether or not we truly absorb our nourishment. We can be eating the best foods but if we are allowing stressors to effect us, we will not truly digest and absorb our nourishment. Likewise, if we are eating things that are not ok, we are causing significant internal stressors and also preventing absorption. If we want to feel good and stay healthy, we have to be willing to manage these external and internal stressors and this can be done!

Consider the 2 YEP sessions I am offering this month that allows you to participate in meditation and pranayama from home or anywhere, or the 2 trial calls for my health coaching group, or consider any of our specials to keep your classes and/or private sessions going through the holidays. We have so many options to help you and I encourage you to put yourself as a high priority to sustain your health and well-being through these very busy months.

Please consider keeping valuables and things you do not need in your trunk or at home when coming to the studio. We have great cubby spaces for shoes and coats but to have more space, we recommend keeping valuables and anything you don't need in your trunk or at home. Due to space and safety concerns, we cannot have extra belongings in the rooms while classes are going on. Although we take pride in our amazing community and studio, Essence is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and we are hoping to help you prevent any issues while also keeping the studio safe and spacious for everyone.

We have a small lost and found box by the back restroom that is starting to overflow... please check when you're in again to claim anything that is yours.
