Dear Todd,

As the scent of pumpkin pie and the promise of a perfectly cooked turkey fill the air, I couldn't resist taking a moment to express my gratitude to each and every one of you. Just like a well-installed plumbing system, our PHCC community works seamlessly because of the dedicated individuals who contribute their time, expertise, and camaraderie.

This Thanksgiving, as we gather with family and friends, let's take a moment to extend our thanks to the incredible network of professionals that make up our PHCC family. Your hard work, shared wisdom, and good-natured humor have been the secret ingredients in our recipe for success.

And here's a little something extra to be thankful for – an exclusive invitation to our Annual Business Meeting on Wednesday, December 6, starting at 5 p.m. It's a fantastic opportunity to contribute your ideas, insights, and laughter to our growing community.

Please RSVP as soon as possible to secure your spot. Our special guest, Senator Mark Mullet, a candidate for Washington governor, will be sharing insights about his campaign and legislative priorities. It's an event you won't want to miss!

As we embark on this season of gratitude, I want you to know how thankful I am for the privilege of leading such an outstanding group of individuals. Here's to a Thanksgiving filled with warmth, laughter, and a table set with all the fixings for success.

With heartfelt thanks,

Todd Allred

Mitigating the Risk of Social Inflation at Your Business

A devastating company vehicle crash can leave a lasting impact at your business in more ways than you may realize. Businesses may need to consider the negative repercussions stemming from “social inflation,” or, negative public sentiment and mistrust toward businesses among jury members, leading them to return larger financial judgments and penalties than in the past when businesses were the defendants.

Take action now to prevent an avoidable and devastating crash by strengthening and enforcing your driving policies. Check out this insightful article on risk management and social inflation from one of our partners at Federated Insurance. (Learn More)
