In Memoriam: Jessica White
|
|
On October 10, 2023, our community lost a bright light with the passing of Jessica White. Jessica was a 2021 Protege Graduate and a supporter of the Vision Leadership Program.
Jessica was more than a protege graduate; she was an inspiration. Her courage, even in the face of adversity, and her commitment to women's wellness are legacies that continue to influence and uplift us all.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to all of her family, friends and to the hundreds of lives that she touched as she bravely fought through her cancer battle.

New Emergency 911 System for St. Charles County
St. Charles County's emergency phone system is getting an upgrade with the next generation of 911. The County Council authorized an agreement with Lake Saint Louis, O’Fallon, St. Charles, St. Peters, and Wentzville to modernize the system. 85% of all county 911 calls are made on cell phones. The old system was designed for landline calls and doesn't locate wireless callers efficiently. Read More.

Have you ever had a classmate who is doing exceptionally well in our community? Every year, The Vision Board of Directors welcomes nominations for the Visionary of the Year award. The nominee must be a graduate of good standing and should have made a significant impact on our community outside of the Vision Program. Nomination Forms will be sent out to our Alumni Database in January, but it's never too early to start thinking about it. You can find a list of previous honorees at this link.
