HELP ST. BERNARDS SPREAD THE WORD ABOUT SAFE INFANT SLEEPING PRACTICES - #SafeSleepingSavesLives

Did you know that on average, 61 Arkansas babies die suddenly each year, with the main cause of suffocation stemming from an unsafe sleep environment?

That's why it's important to always follow the ABCs of safe sleep: Place babies Alone, on their Backs and in Cribs for every sleep.

When babies sleep on their backs, they clear fluids more easily. When they sleep on their stomachs, however, fluids pool at the opening of the trachea, making it easier to choke.
