Join us for the Service,
Sunday at St. Luke's and also on Facebook Live at 9:30 a.m.

The scripture says: “Put in a garment of praise for a spirit of heaviness. Let the oil of gladness flow down from your throne.” Isaiah 61:3 KJV.

Though we still don’t know who the president is, we will always know Who is on the throne! We can feel the disparity and despondency of a divided nation but “no, chicken little, the sky is not falling.” We who have Jesus have hope and vision for the future.

God has not stopped to watch the polls or the lawsuits. He is calling us onward to love and good deeds. We who know the blessings and presence of the Living God need to share Him with others daily. He is the remedy for the world's anxieties.

Revelation 12:11 says: “They triumphed over him by the blood of the Lamb and by the word of their testimony; they did not love their lives so much as to shrink from death.”

The world will not prevail against the blood of the lamb and the testimonies of His people and the transformation that we have in Jesus. Let’s overturn this spirit of heaviness because we are a people of hope. And let’s show the world how we praise Him who overcomes!!

Be encouraged, Be hopeful,

Thanksgiving Baskets
We will once again be providing food baskets for those in need. If you'd like to help provide for the baskets, there will be an envelope in your bulletin this Sunday. You may also find one near the prayer box at the back of the sanctuary or ask an usher for one. Thank you for your generosity!
Lost and Found - Please check the items with the "Lost" tag on them on the left side of the coat rack to see if that jacket you've been looking for could be here at the church.
If you got a odd email from Pastor Dan asking you to do a favor for him or to buy gift cards for him to give to the staff at a Children's Home, please delete it. He didn't send it. Be careful of potential scam and always check before replying if the contents seems suspicious.
Angel Tree is Coming!
We have the names of 50 children this year!

Calls are being made, gift lists are being created and plans are in the works! See below for information about for Angel gift tags and opportunities to help with this important ministry! Please pray for these children and their parents.

'There will be be a few names this Sunday on the wall in the cafe. Gifts should be brought to the church by Sunday, November 29th. If you are watching the services from home and would like to purchase a gift, contact the office and we'll help you pick one out. We'll also be blessing the families with $25 grocery store gift cards if you'd like to donate to that. Email Kathy or call at the church for more information.
And it's time to think about volunteering to help with the Angel Tree Party! Due to the virus, we are changing our format and having the children stop by the church for a shorter visit with the groups of children spread out over a longer period of time. Because of that, we can use more friendly faces to love on the kids from a distance. If you'd like to help us on December 6th, please call the office to sign up or click below. The survey below only allows one answer so if you'd like to help in different areas, please call or email.

NOTICE Thanks to those who responded to help with Angel Tree. Two of you responded and your name came across as "unspecified." One wanted to help ahead of time and the other to work for 4 hours at the party. If you responded through the above survey and didn't get an email back from Kathy, please email and let her know you wanted to help out. We aren't sure why the names didn't show up. Thanks.
It's time to prayerfully consider who the Lord would call to serve on our vestry for 2021. Vestry Nomination forms can be found by clicking here or from one of the ushers on Sunday morning. Contact the church office if you have any questions.
