President's Corner

Hello, fellow Alamo Ranchers

It's the holiday season, and a lot is happening around Alamo Ranch!
First I'd like to thank everyone who came to the annual meeting last month. It was great to see so many people interested in our community and ask great questions. If you see them out and about, please welcome Michelle Garcia and Greg Schmidt to the board and welcome back Priscilla Alarcon-Delgado and Mike Erickson.
The annual Trunk or Treat went off without a hitch, and we couldn't have done it without the social committee, the sponsors, and the wonderful volunteers. I hope everyone who came out had fun!

I know people are anxious to see progress on the Master Plan. The board approved the conceptual plan for the pavilion and is moving forward with getting bids for the design and construction. We also approved the multi-purpose court design, and the manager and MPC will be getting bids for that as well. (See below)

The MPC has solicited professionals to get the most use out of the money our community has in capital funds. If you have questions about the process of adding the new amenities, please come to the monthly meetings. There is an update every month.

KSAT news is highlighting Alamo Ranch in their newest edition of Know My Neighborhood. It will air on November 15th in the evening and will be about a 20-minute episode highlighting our wonderful community. As the fastest growing community in San Antonio, they were eager to get interviews from people to find out "the good, the bad, and the frustrating of Alamo Ranch."

As always, I'm available by email for any questions or comments. Hope to see ya'll at some of the upcoming events (see below) and have a great month!
