Art Exhibit: "New Terrain" by Gail Gang
This month, Manchester resident Gail Gang will exhibit her work in a solo show titled “New Terrain,” featuring a selection of contemplative landscape paintings which expand the genre, visually embracing her meditative response to the New England landscape and often painted in nontraditional methods. “I love every single mark that can be made with paint: juicy impasto, layers, drips, and gauzy washes. I work from memory, life, and photographs, always trying to balance intention with surprise. I can’t imagine more satisfying work.”
Check out the Farms page and calendar for more info and to see all events.
