QUEEN: THE DAYS OF OUR LIVES, A Documentary
Thursday, Nov. 1 at 6:30 pm.
 In 1971, four college students got together to form a rock band. Since then, that certain band called Queen have released 26 albums and sold over 300 million records worldwide. In this film, for the first time, it is the band that tells their story. Featuring brand new interviews with the band and unseen archive footage (including their recently unearthed, first ever TV performance), it is a compelling story told with intelligence, wit, plenty of humor and painful honesty.
 

ONE PLACE THROUGH TIME

Sunday, Nov. 4th at 1pm
A look into the past of Hopkinton's Canonchet Village with Richard Prescott. The village of Canonchet in Hopkinton is home to hundreds of ceremonial stone groupings call "Manitou Hassannash" which were left by the ancient ancestors of today's people of indigenous heritage. This program is offered in conjunction with the Narragansett Historical Society.  Registration is appreciated.

The Thanksgiving Treasure follows the everyday adventures and small miracles of the Mills family. Trouble ensues when Addie tries to invite James' sworn enemy over for Thanksgiving dinner in the hopes of ending their longstanding feud.

Popsicle Book Group
Monday 11/26
Grades 1-2   Books, games, crafts, snacks, and friends! Children in grades 1 and 2 are invited to read a book before we meet (it's okay if you don't finish). Once we are together, we will play games, make a craft, and eat a snack all related to the book! Registration is required.

Adventure Book Group
Tuesday 11/ 27
Grades 3-5    Cool themes, games, crafts, snacks, and friends! Children in grades 3-5 are invited to explore a topic before we meet. This might be by searching the internet or looking at some books. Once we are together, we will play games, make a craft, and eat a snack all related to the topic! Registration is required.

Toddler Storytime

A storytime session for children ages 2 & 3 with a parent or caregiver. Join in stories, songs, fingerplays, a craft, and snack. Time for socialization and unstructured play will follow.   Registration is required. When you sign up for one event, you are registered for all three!

Preschool Storytime

Babies ages birth to 23 months are invited to bring their favorite adult to this fun and interactive program. We will share simple books, lap bounces, songs, rhymes, and fingerplays. Time for socialization and unstructured play will follow.
