Hospice Volunteer Training

Make a difference in the lives of those who are facing their final journey by volunteering with PeaceHealth Home and Community - Hospice. Opportunities range from office support to sitting with people in their final hours. Must be at least 18 years old. Each training consists of two in-person meetings and an online component. Water Birth Virtual Class

Learn about the process of water birth from one of our certified instructors. This online class will also feature handouts and other resources. This class is required for anyone wanting to have a water birth.

Weight Loss for Life Free Information Session

Take back control of your health and weight with the Weight Loss for Life program. The program provides coaching, easy-to-follow instructions and teaches you the skills to manage your health for the long term. No referral needed. Next session is 5-6 p.m., Thursdays, Nov. 9, 23 and Dec. 7. Learn more.


Stroke Support Group

Adjusting to life after a stroke or brain injury can be challenging for survivors and their caregivers. Peer support groups provide great tools for effective coping and alleviating mental stress. Activities include weekly and monthly virtual and in-person support group meetings. Learn more.
