Yoga, Meditation and Mocktails

Saturday, Nov. 8 at 11 am

$25 Members, $35 Non-Members

Experience guided meditation and breath-work to cultivate inner peace, flow through Pilates/yoga movement, deep relaxation during hands-on savasana (restorative pose) with lavender essential oil, and then enjoy a refreshing mocktail.

Casa Belvedere was recently featured In Untapped New York: "Step Inside a Rare Gilded Age Mansion.” The public is invited to explore the historic rooms of the former Roebling-Stirn Mansion, now home to The Italian Cultural Foundation on Staten Island!

Join us for a free in-person tour of Casa on Wednesday, Nov. 19 from 11 am to 12:30 pm. You will learn about the mansion's history, and see how the non-profit foundation achieved the building's extensive restoration.

Writing Your Memories Fall Edition

Revision Workshop with author Maria Giura

Saturday, Nov. 22 from 10 am to noon via Zoom

$20 Members, $30 Non-Members

Do you have a piece of writing you’ve already started, that you’d like to pick up and receive help with/constructive feedback on? Join us for this supportive virtual workshop, which will leave you with concrete suggestions to get you closer to the truth of your own story—any genre. Once you’ve registered, you’ll be asked to email five days in advance a writing piece that is maximum 700 words. Participants need to have attended at least one Casa Belvedere Writing Workshop.

Fitness classes at Casa Belvedere combine physical, mental and spiritual wellness with breathing exercises, meditation, and physical poses. Personal mat recommended.
