ITRC is now accepting proposals for new Project Teams that will launch in 2027!

We invite anyone to submit a Project Team proposal that addresses an environmental challenge and helps us achieve our mission - reducing barriers to the deployment of innovative environmental technologies.

How to Submit a Proposal?

Proposals must be submitted using the ITRC Project Team Proposal Form provided on the Request for Proposals webpage linked below. The webpage also includes information about the selection and scoring criteria, FAQs, and topic ideas generated by ERIS and our membership.

Proposals must be submitted electronically to Charles Reyes, creyes@ecos.org, by 5:00 PM ET on May 29, 2026, to be considered for a 2027 Project Team.

ITRC is a program of the Environmental Research Institute of the States (ERIS). ERIS is a 501(c)(3) organization incorporated in the District of Columbia and managed by the Environmental Council of the States (ECOS).
