PRIME is Replacing WebKAPS

How This Affects Submissions

• WebKAPS will be open for application submission through 5 p.m. ET on Friday, October 28, 2022.

• Applications in WebKAPS at 5 p.m. ET on October 28 will transfer to PRIME if they are in the following status: Submitted Status, Rated Status, Quoted Status, WIP Underwriter, and WIP Agent (we will convert the latest created application by the Agent).

• During the transition from WebKAPS to PRIME, we will be unable to accept applications. Our systems will be unavailable from 5 p.m. ET on Friday, October 28, through 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday, November 1, 2022. Please plan your workflow accordingly.

PRIME Login Credentials

PRIME is accessed through individual, not agency, login credentials. Prior to Tuesday, November 1, you will receive emails through Okta about creating your individual PRIME credentials.
