Dear Heilicher Grades K-7 Parents,

Heilicher has a policy of continuous enrollment. This means that current students will be automatically re-enrolled for the following school year until they graduate. This simultaneously reduces the amount of paperwork parents need to complete and streamlines our administrative processes to better serve our community.

Our Heilicher Board of Trustees has set tuition for the 2025-2026 school year. Read the tuition numbers as well as the tuition schedule, policies, and more — please read this document in its entirety, as there is important information about our continuous enrollment process and tuition deposit options. Please use the Deposit Payment Options form to select a tuition deposit option by Friday, March 7, 2025.

As a reminder, to apply for tuition assistance, visit the Tuition Assistance page of our website and fill out the online Clarity application (toward the bottom of the page).

Clarity, our tuition assistance application system, offers a streamlined and user-friendly tuition assistance application process that can be completed in just a few minutes. It’s mobile-friendly, so you can complete the application on your phone or tablet! Furthermore, your 1040 and W2 documents from 2023 will be automatically transferred from the IRS when you complete the verification step, so you will not need to upload these documents manually.

Heilicher takes the privacy and security of your personal information very seriously. Clarity is certified for both GDPR and SOC2 and uses enterprise-level security standards including end-to-end encryption of all personally identifiable information.

Please see additional information about the tuition assistance application process and deadlines. Tuition assistance applications are due by Friday, March 7, 2025. 

Families who qualify for any type of tuition remission must complete a tuition assistance application. Current employees, please contact the Finance Department about the process.
