Have you Heard of the Gold Rush Apple?

The Gold Rush apple is a modern apple variety, that we are currently picking, known for its unique and complex flavor profile. It was developed at the Purdue University and Rutgers University cooperative breeding program in the United States and was introduced in the 1990s.

They have a nice balance between sweetness and acidity, making them suitable for both eating fresh and for use in cooking and baking.
