Pick Pristine Apples This Weekend!

As we wait for our next peach variety to ripen, we are welcoming our Pristine Apples! With the help of the warm weather and the rain, our Pristine Apples were able to grow quicker, resulting in an earlier crop this year. Apple picking will be available from 9:00AM-4:00PM, with the last bag sold at 3:00PM.

Still want some peaches? The next peach variety we will be picking is our Red Haven peaches. Keep an eye on our website and social media pages for more information on when they'll be ready to pick. We also have pre-picked peaches available for purchase in our Farm Store, which is open daily 9:00AM-4:00PM.

Learn More About Pristine Apples

This sweet-tart apple was intentionally created in the early 20th century, in Illinois, as a summer variety that farmers could grow and sell before the maincrop season arrived. Pristine apples are round to oblate in shape, and have a somewhat uniform appearance with light ribbing. The semi-thick skin is smooth, waxy, glossy, and green-yellow, ripening to a bright yellow when mature, and is sometimes spotted with faint, red-orange blush. They are a perfect apple for baking and cooking.
