We Have a New Event Calendar

In anticipation of our new website, we have a new event calendar. You will notice that links to programs included in this newsletter will take you to this new calendar. We do not have an exact date as to when the new site will be live but we will keep you updated.

Learn How to Sew Apparel with Creativebug

Always wanted to learn how to sew or mend your own clothes? Your Howe Library card gives you free access to Creativebug, which offers thousands of video classes in fine arts and hand-crafting. New classes are added monthly.

Don't have a sewing machine? You can borrow one of our Janome Magnolia sewing machines for three weeks.

hoopla February Bonus Borrows

hoopla Bonus Borrows are free to check out and do not use your monthly credits. Currently, Howe Library patrons get 10 checkouts a month. Take a peek at the nonfiction titles included in Bonus Borrows this month.

In The Ledyard Gallery in February: Elden Murray Photographic Exhibition and Competition

The Elden Murray Photographic Exhibition and Competition provides Upper Valley amateur photographers with an opportunity to display their work to the public. Join us for the Opening Reception and Awards Ceremony on Sunday, February 5 from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.
