Summer Reading is for Everyone!

Get ready to Color Our World from June 21 – August 15!


Join our reading challenges and programs for kids, teens, and adults. Expect fun take-and-make kits, workshops, and programs inspired by this year's community read and Summer Reading theme.

Jim Block's photographs recall the people and places he saw on his trip to Nepal. This exhibit is in the Ledyard Gallery through July 30.

Join us for Howe@snorth, a vibrant monthly collaboration with Howe librarians and Still North Books & Bar, bringing adults together for an evening of fun, conversation, and creativity. Hosted at Still North, each month offers a new experience — from book arts, literary trivia, to writing workshops and more!


June's event is Book Art! Drop-in to make paper flowers, origami, and found poetry using discarded books.
