Day of the Dead/Día De Los Muertos at Howe Library

Have you seen the community ofrenda in front of the Garden Room? There is still time bring in a photo of a loved one who has passed away to included. (Until Sunday, November 2).

We also have a talk on the role of artist Frida Kahlo in Mexican and world culture with Dartmouth professor Jorge Quintana Navarrete on Wednesday, October 22, at 6:30 p.m.

There will be a drop-in mask craft for kids from Monday, October 27- Sunday, November 2.

Everyone is invited to watch Pixar's Coco on Sunday, November 2, at 1:00 p.m.

Make Way for...Barbie Zombies? Children's Program Room Closed Afternoon of October 25

The Children's Program Room will be closed for the Zomie Barbie program on Saturday, October 25 from 12:00-5:00 p.m. We apologize for the inconvience.

There is still room in our Zombie Barbie program for kids aged 9-12.

Puzzles and Board Games in the Library of Things

We've added more puzzles and board games to our Library of Things Collection. Other new items include a solar pathfinder, radon detector, and a blood pressure monitor. All free to borrow with your Howe Library card.

Zombie Prom

Saturday, October 18

Welcome to Zombie Prom - an undead dance to celebrate Halloween and all things spooky this season.

Come dressed as the undead (there will be a costume contest) or as your excellent self and have a fun night of dancing, snacking, and hanging out.

Zombie Barbies
