New Beginnings Support Program is a charitable agency that helps restructure the lives of marginalized and under-served women. We have two groups the first is our youth group 18-29 and our second group 30-39, but we try not to turn women away if we know we can assist them. The women are being supported by Ontario Works, Ontario Disability, Unemployed or women who are living in shelters.
We have been instrumental in empowering women to become self-confident, career-oriented and employable. With their newfound confidence and practical knowledge and skills, women are able to walk away from poverty and despair, making a better life for themselves and their children.
Our HIRE 50! Initiative, it is simple we working to have 50 low-income and under-served women hired in living wage jobs in the next 12- 16 months and we need your help! When we help one woman out of poverty, we help up to ten people! Now that's community capacity building at its best.
