South Coast MedSpa proudly announces the addition of the Medical Aesthetics Team to our staff of medical experts. The Medical Aesthetics team is lead by a three experts in the field of cosmetic surgery.
Dr. Kian Karimi
Dr. Karimi is a double-board certified facial plastic surgeon / head and neck surgeon. Originally from Indiana, Dr. Kian received his medical degree at Indiana University School of Medicine and graduated at the top of his class, earning him membership into the Alpha Omega Alpha honor society. Dr. Kian completed his head and neck surgery residency at the University of Florida and fellowship in facial plastic surgery at the University of Toronto.

Dr. Chester Griffiths

Dr. Griffiths is a Double Board Certified by the American Board of Otolarynogology, Head and Neck Surgery and the American Board of Facial Plastic Surgery. Dr. Griffiths is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese and has been active on the medical staffs of St. John's Medical Center and Santa Monica-UCLA Medical Centers.
Dr. Ritvik Mehta

As a Harvard trained, triple board certified Facial Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Mehta's credentials are impeccable. However, his warmth, sincerity, and genuine passion for your well being is what is most memorable about your visit with him.
