Roll-out Meetings
for 2020 Diocesan Convention

First meeting: Wednesday, Sept. 9,
from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Including Video Presentations from Deacons and College Chaplains
Meeting Format

Each meeting will follow a similar format.
  • A bishop will host and introduce the theme.
  • There will be opening and closing prayers and liturgical offerings.
  • One or two diocesan Commissions, committees or groups will offer a pre-recorded 5-7 minute video clip sharing something about their work, followed by brief opportunities for live Q&A.
  • There will be a time to learn about and practice voting.


Accessibility

Every meeting will be close captioned, and signed in ASL.


Respectful of your time

Every effort will be made to begin and end each meeting on time.


Recorded for later viewing

The meetings will be recorded and posted online after they take place, along with meeting notes.


Reminders

Invitations to the meetings with reminders of how to link in to Zoom will be sent before each meeting.
