NuPoly Impact panels are a high-density polyethylene (HDPE) overlay, factory laminated to various substrates on one or both sides. They install directly to studs, floor joists, furring strips or solid walls/floors. NuPoly Impact panels are an economical solution for interior areas requiring scratch and moisture resistance. Available in a variety of colors, textures and sizes.

QuadFloor panels feature a high density polyethylene (HDPE) overlay that is factory laminated to various substrates on one or both sides. QuadFloor is easy to install by adhering directly to studs, cross members, floor joists, furring strips or solid walls/floors. They feature chemical, moisture and mold resistance, which has made this product the premium floor panel for snowmobile, car and toy haulers and cargo trailers for over 10 years.

NuPoly Impact vs Coated Surface Flooring

This report compares surface performance characteristics of NUDO NuPoly Impact Flooring panels against Coated Surface Layer Flooring panels. A taber test (ASTM D4060) was administered to measure the number of wear cycles completed until initial damage to the surface layer was observed, providing an indication of abrasion resistance characteristics. This comparison was designed to provide a guide for choosing flooring panels that meet the application demands of surface durability and long-term performance. The comparison reflected “real life” performance and durability, and concluded that NUDO NuPoly Impact flooring panels will have 37.7 times more useful life when compared to coated flooring panels.
