Calling all nurses serving rural communities!
Get the tools necessary to help farmers and ranchers in your community, while earning 18 Continuing Nursing Education hours ! The Nurse Scholar program is a distance learning opportunity available to rural nurses provided by experienced health & safety educators. Increase your knowledge base in prevention, identification, and assessment of diseases related to agricultural work exposures. Classes are in the form of webinars that can be viewed live or OnDemand.

Nurses working for nonprofit organizations, rural health clinics, federally qualified health centers, government agencies or educational institutions are eligible to receive a 50% discount on the fee ($900) for a total cost of $450, email Ansley at [email protected] to request the 50% discount.

Early bird registration is until August 23, 2019 . After August 23 the NonProfit rate will be $550 and the corporate rate will be $1,000.
