27 families joined Sign Language with Jen yesterday
Feedback from this morning was that it was great, but sometimes hard to hear over everyone talking at once. So remember to sing on and mute so you can hear the presenter(s). Thanks Morah Jenn!

Crafts
Make a sensory bag with a gallon zip lock bag, food coloring, hair gel, and clear packing tape.  Put small bea ds, shapes, glitter and other small flat items in a gallon zip lock bag.  Add hair gel and if it's clear add a few drops of food coloring. Zip and fold and squeeze the air out.  Use clear packing tape to secure the closure (otherwise you may never speak to me again.)  Play with this sensory bag only on a kids or kitchen table.

When was the last time you made a large bouncing ball from a rubber band collection. Send your child on a rubber band scavenger hunt and begin to wrap them around a reynolds wrap ball or scrunched paper ball.

Dramatic Play
Mike Citera, LA comedian got his start at two when he would line up every stuffed animal in the house on the stairs for an audience as he and his sister would put on a show, a concert, a singalong, a dance-athon or Last toddler Comic standing performance. Have your children do the same.) but mothers don't let your babies grow up to be cowboys...I mean stand-up comedians...

Mitzvah
Yesterday the Mt. Kisco Food Pantry received 80 shalach manot bags that our children packed for Purim with toiletries.  It was much appreciated.  If you, your high school student or college child are able to volunteer at the pantry to pack food bags and boxes or deliver food to neighbors, visit volunteer@mountkiscofoodpantry.org
and make a donation.

Check your email for happy feet soccer online fun. Thanks for arranging that Morah Amy!

Trivia Question of the day:  Yesterday's answer to What was the name of the mountain that Moses climbed to get those commandments?  Mt. Sinai!  (you knew that!)  But did you know who danced across the Red Sea when it parted, leading the Israelites with timbrels?
