Budget Advocacy: ECE Nutrition Investment Proposal is Making Progress

On March 11th the Assembly Budget Committee held a Joint Hearing for Subcommittees #1 (Health and Human Services) and #2 (Education Finance) to discuss early childhood education (ECE). The Assembly's Joint Hearing was a great opportunity to bring attention to ECE nutrition investments. Much more support is needed to continue building on this momentum.

Organizations, groups, and individuals are urged to speak out about why ECE nutrition is important to you and your community! Get in touch with your legislators today, especially if they serve on the Assembly and Senate Budget Committees.
